Return Policy

We offer returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If a return/exchange is not possible or desired, we may offer a discount on your next order. Our decisions typically these following general guidelines: 


  • Requests must be made within two weeks of original purchase
  • Used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged and,
  • Some groups of products are ineligible for returns or exchanges (however, in this case you will generally be made aware of this at the time of purchase). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and without acquired damage. Item must have original tags or be in original packaging if applicable. 

If you can provide your receipt, order confirmation email, order number, or any other information about your purchase (date, items purchased, name on order, etc) that can help us assist you faster!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We do not take responsibility for damages or issues due to user error, neglect, and/or abuse of the product.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), body jewelry (earrings, studs, belly button rings, etc), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on items with manufacturer or distributor warranties. After purchasing an item with a warranty, it is your responsibility to know the product's warranty requirements and/or register the item online.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Shipping Orders: Exchanges and Returns
If you experience an issue with your shipping order, depending on your exact desires and circumstances an exchange may be possible. If a full return is accepted or an exchange is arranged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Order Cancellation
If you place an order for pick-up or shipping where you paid by card and have not yet acquired your items (and they have not been shipped), you may request an order cancellation. Card orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled.
